Notes/Plot Summary
Charles goes to California. He locates a woman from his childhood. For some unexplained reason Charlemagne bends up all her fireplace tools while he's visiting. Nobody seems to care about that. 
 War Dancer enters the scene. War Dancer rambles about Charles being the "Champion of Humankind". They discuss it. War Dancer explains that the barriers between dreams and reality have been falling. War Dancer informs Charlemagne that War Dancer has become death and that they must battle. War Dancer leaves stating he shall be back at a future time. Charlemagne steps outside, War Dancer shows up immediately. War Dancer coaxes Charlemagne into giving the first hit. An exceptional battle takes place. War Dancer leaves early despite the fact he is winning the battle.
